Hemp Milk

This recipe is way to easy! 5Min + 5 ingredients & you are done.


-1/2 C Raw Hemp Hearts 

-Pinch Sea Salt  

 -2 C Filtered H20

-2 Tblspn Maple Syrup- or to taste. I donot like sweet so I use just a little.

-1/2 Tspn Vanilla  


Blend Hemp Seeds + 1 C of your water in a high speed blender till smooth & creamy. Add remaining water + other ingredients & blend again. Ta-Da! That's literally it!


You can strain in a cheesecloth for a smoother milk or use as is for more nutrients & fiber.

Add spices like Cinnamon / Nutmeg / Cloves/  

If you strain you can use the pulp in baking or smoothies.

Milk will stay good for 3 days in the fridge. Separation is natural so shake or stir before using.
