2 Ingredient Jam
The simplest home made Jam recipe. 2 ingredients, 5 min, a kinds of possibilities.
-1 C Mixed Berries, fresh or frozen
-2 Tspn Chia Seeds
- Optional, Raw sugar, Honey or Coconut Sugar to taste*
Heat Berries on medium & mash with a fork. Once Berries are bubbling & aromatic (about 3 min ) remove from heat & mix in Chia Seeds well. Let sit 1-2 min & enjoy!
*If you like it sweet, add 1-2 Tspn sweetener of choice when you add your berries to the pan.
You can play around with flavors easily with this recipe. I’m going to do a Cranberry + Orange next time around!
