Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Roasting your Jack O Lantern seeds is super fun AND healthy. Win win.


INGREDIENTS:

-1 1/2-2 Cups fresh Pumpkin Seeds ( give or take)

-2 Tblspn Coconut Oil

-2 Tblspn raw Sugar

-1 Tspn Pumpkin Spice

-1/2 Tspn Cinnamon

-1/4 Tspn Sea Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pre heat oven to 350. Rinse off all seeds and pat dry or lay flat on towel to air dry. In a bowl mix melted Coconut Oil + all spices & sugar. Add seeds and mix well till seeds are coated.

Spread seeds in one layer across lined or greased baking sheet& bake for 30 min or till seeds are golden brown. Cool well before eating. ENJOY!!!

P.S feel free to play around with the spices here! You can do Salt & Pepper or Paprika & Cayenne! Yum.
