Banana Bread Donuts

Banana Bread Donuts

I am 98.99% sure you have all the things to make these in your kitchen right now. AND I waited till National Donut Day to share this. AND today, November 5th is actually the second "National Donut Day" of the year! The first Donut Day is on June 1st. Donuts are just that good we need two days a year to celebrate them, get on board people.

Unfortunately normal Donuts have all the things that aren't really good for us. So, I was stoked to adapt this recipe from the guys over at Bosh Food. OK,  go get cooking!

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pre heat oven to 340 degrees. Put all dough ingredients into blender or food processor & blend well. Spoon or pipe dough into Donut pan, fill just to the top, they get pretty fluffy!

Bake for 35 min. Let cool before attempting to remove from pan. They should pop right out!

For the chocolate drizzle just use a double boiler to warm the Coconut Oil & Chocolate & drizzle over the top, sprinkle your chopped nuts and ENJOY!!!

You can do a traditional glaze on them or add in 1/4 C of Raisins or Chocolate Chips.
