Coconut Matcha Latte
If you have never tried Matcha, you are missing out! I will say you either love it or hate it, there is no in between.
-Matcha of choice (I use Organic Matcha from Vivia Naturals at the moment)
-4 Tblspns Full Fat Coconut Milk
-1 Tspn Coconut Butter (currently obsessed with using Coconut Dream)
-1 C hot water- just before a boil is the perfect temp.
- Optional sweetener to taste. Honey, Maple Syrup, Agave...whatever floats your boat!
Makes 2 servings.
Put Coconut Butter, Coconut Milk, Matcha & sweetener if using, into a blender. Add hot water (not boiling) and blend for 30-60 seconds.
Open your blender very carefully since the hear creates a bit of a suction. Pour & enjoy!
You can sub the Coconut Milk for any milk of choice or leaveit out all together. The Coconut Milk & Coconut Butter are great healthy fats and are responsible for making great foam in your Matcha.
