Summer Recipe: Grilled White Peaches + Himalayan Salt
These Grilled Peaches are beyond easy to make & can be stored in the fridge, used as breakfast OR dessert!
-2-4 Ripe White Peaches
-Pink Himalayan Salt
-Vegan Coconut Ice Cream, this is optional but, I used Coconut Bliss- Vanilla Flavor.
Pre-heat your grill for 15 min at 350f. Cut Peaches in half & brush with Olive Oil. Brush grill with OO & place Peaches cut side down on grill for 15 min. Be sure to close your grill. (Cook time may vary depending on size & ripeness of Peaches) Flip peaches & cook on opposite side for 5 min. Remove from heat & sprinkle with Himalayan Salt.
Serve with vegan Ice Cream or as breakfast with oats or Yogurt. ENJOY!
