Easiest Stir Fry Ever
-2 C Noodles, Rice or Quinoa
-4 Garlic Cloves, minced
-2 C fresh Broccoli
-1 C Snap Peas
-3 C Spinach or Kale
-1 Bell Pepper, sliced
For the Sauce:
-4 Tblspn Soy Sauce
-4 Tspn Sugar
-2 Tspn Sesame Oil
-1 Tblspn fresh Ginger, chopped or grated
-1 Tspn Sriracha, or more to taste
Prepare Noodles, Rice or Quinoa according to package instructions. While that is cooking prepare your sauce by whisking all ingredients in a bowl & set aside.
Heat a drizzle of Olive Oil in large pan & add minced Garlic. Saute 2 min & add Broccoli, Bell Pepper & Peas. Stir & cover 3-5 min. Add greens & Sauce and mix well.
Remove from heat & pair with Rice, Noodles or Quinoa.
Top with Green Onion, Cilantro & Sesame Seeds & ENJOY!
*This recipe is really all about the Sauce, I have tried this with any veggie combo and its amazing every time & super awesome with Noodles.
