Vegan Parmisan Cheese
Easy recipe that you will get so much out of! It is great for Soup, Salads, Pizzas & Pasta dishes. I suggest making this, and immediately after I suggest making Cacio e Pepe!
-3/4 c Cashews
-3/4 tspn Sea Salt
-3 heaping tblspn Nutritional Yeast
-1/4 tspn Garlic Powder
Toss everything in your food Processor & blend till grainy. (I have never tried this in a blender but I am sure it would work)
Store in a airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Although I don't think it will last that long ;)
