These are my go to! So easy my son makes them & no bowls/whisks to clean up after. Dream come true.
-1 Ripe Banana
-1C Gluten Free Oats
-3/4C Vegan Milk of choice ( I used Almond)
-1 Tblspn The Philosophie Berry Bliss vegan protein (optional)
Add oats to blender and blend/pulse till grainy/flour-like (surprise you just made Oat Flour) add Banana, vegan Milk + Protein powder if using. Blend till smooth. Let sit in the blender while you heat a pan with a dollop of Coconut oil.
Pour onto pan & flip when tops are bubbly. Top as desired & ENJOY!
Pro Tip: to clean your blender, add 1/4 C warm water & dish soap to it and run it for a few seconds. Works so well!
Play around with it by adding spices,chocolate chips or Matcha!
